Our steel turning grade are designed to advance in a multitude of application ranging from finishing and medium to extremely trying applications where the real mettle of our carbide technology is tested.
Our steel turning grades consist of super fine carbide substrate coated with medium temperature TiCN, Al2O3 and TiN to create high thermal and mechanical shock capabilities. Further, the unique carbide substrate makes sure that our inserts remain highly wear resistant. |

| CAST IRON SERIES C1100 |
WINTECH is known for its superior quality and performance in machining cast irons across the globe. Our micro grain substrate is engineered to provide high impact resistance on the cutting edge while maintaining edge integrity and wear resistance.
On top of our super fine substrate we layer a MT-TiCN along with a thick coat of Al2O3 to enable our inserts to bear heavy cutting loads in the most adverse applications.
All the above efforts are complimented with a special edge preparation process which makes our inserts so good that you'll think it's black magic. |
